Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PrimeVesta Atelier website (the "Site") and any enquiry you submit through it. Engagements for studio services are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PrimeVesta Atelier is a strategic creative studio working with founders and marketing leaders across the GCC, EU and globally.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content.

All content on the Site - including text, images, motion, logos, identity systems and case studies - is owned by PrimeVesta Atelier or its clients and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to reproduce, modify or distribute that content, except for normal personal browsing.

Information you submit via the contact form is treated as a business enquiry. Submitting a brief does not create a client relationship; an engagement begins only once a Statement of Work is signed.

We treat enquiries as confidential by default. NDAs are available on request before any disclosure of sensitive material.

Services described on the Site (strategy, identity, motion, AI-driven content, digital and campaigns) are outcomes-oriented. Specific scope, fees, timeline and deliverables are defined in a Statement of Work.

Where ambiguity arises between the Site and a signed Statement of Work, the Statement of Work prevails.

The Site may embed or link to third-party platforms (for example Instagram, YouTube). PrimeVesta Atelier is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those platforms.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is current or complete at any given moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeVesta Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Liability arising from a signed Statement of Work is governed by that document.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
